About the Founder and Owners

Angie Walters
Angie Walters began her legal career in 1986 as a legal secretary working at various law firms throughout the Sacramento area. Working full-time and attending night school Angie obtained her paralegal certificate at American River College in 1991. Graduating in 1994, Angie received her AA Degree in Legal Document Assisting with honors. Then in May 2005, Angie formed ASAP Attorney Services (now ASAP Legal, Inc.).  In 2006, Angie became a registered and bonded Legal Document Assistant in Placer County. Currently, Angie has 25 years of legal experience. She oversees and handles the Legal Document Preparation Division of ASAP Legal.  Angie served  on the Board of Directors of CALDA (California Association of Legal Document Assistants) from 2007-2011. She also volunteers as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) for children of Placer County.
Marty Walters  
Marty Walters began his career with ASAP Attorney Services (now ASAP Legal, Inc.) in 2005, working part-time with his wife Angie while employed full-time as an operations manager of a local wholesale auto parts distributor.  Seeing the potential for growth, in Jaunary 2007 he focused on overseeing the process serving and court filing division of the company.  As a bonded and registered California Process Server, Marty has continued to expand the divisions in counties throughout Northern California.  Marty has been asked to speak on process serving to organizations such as Sacramento Legal Secretaries Association  and the Placer County Legal Professionals Association.  In addition, he also volunteers as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) for children of Placer County. Marty's continuing education on the everchanging legal codes in California gives him the knowledge to continue to train independent process servers in the field.
